17 April and almost 5pm. It’s starting to rain and I’m still on campus. I’ve got to get packed up and headed home very soon. Tonight I need to help my daughter finish her essay on The Handmaid’s Tale.

Anyway, I wanted to start a new blog this semester and this is my first time to try Word Press. I had a blog site on Blogger years ago when we lived in British Columbia. It was just the easiest way to share photos of our new daughter, Miki, with the moms and dads back in Vermont.

This is my first foray into WordPress and to be honest, it is not as intuitive as I thought it would be but I plan to check out a few tutorial videos to get me started.

I mainly latched onto this project because I want my 2 classes of 4th year university students to take on a 12 week Blog project this semester. I figured that if I was going to ask them to do it, I should as well.
